Spider-Man car on April 7th within the first
BIG DOG race of the 2005 season at Piedmont
Dragway! Rick's updated look is the X-IHRA/NHRA
Pro Mod car driven in 2004 by Harold Martin
which flew the awesome sponsorship of AC
Delco!
The 2002 Pontiac Grand Am which was built by Jerry
Haas will be seated with the mega power of a 706 cu.
in. Fulton Race Engine just like the old red Firebird
was last season. Speaking of the "old red Firebird",
it now belongs to the young gun "Scott Gunn". Rick
says Gunn will be campaigning the old car with a
blower and updated green paint scheme utilizing "The
Green Gobblin" paint theme.
Rick sends a special thanks to the guys who painted
the new ride, Jimmy Cable's Body Shop in Gibsonville,
NC. She is a sure sight... Just wait until you see it
in person!! It's amazing looking up close!
The car will serve as BIG DOG for the majority but
will be easily converted to run the Plemmons Quick 8
Pro Mod outfit and IHRA national events if he ever
sees fit! WATCH OUT BOYS! THERE'S
A NEW SPIDER-MAN ON THE PROWL!
